If you would like to delete your Postam account, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Postam account:
1. Send an email to support@joinpostam.com using the email address associated with your Postam account.
2. Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request
1. Include your Postam username in the email so we can identify your account.
2. Our team will verify your request and may contact you if additional information is required to confirm account ownership.
3. Once verified, we will process your account deletion request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted?
When your account deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize applicable data associated with your Postam account, including:

•Your Postam profile and account information
•Your username and profile information
•Posts and other user-generated content associated with your account
•Account preferences and settings
•Other personal information associated with your account, where applicable

What Data May Be Retained?
Certain information may need to be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
This may include:
•Transaction and payout records
•Records required to comply with applicable laws or regulations
•Information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of our policies
•Retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose and will be securely deleted or anonymized when the retention period expires.

Processing Time
We will review and process verified account deletion requests within [3-5 Working days].

If we need additional information to verify your identity or account ownership, the processing period may begin once the required information has been received.
